Zero Waste Hale was founded with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below. Sustainable Shipping + Packaging
Zero Waste Hale is a small shop/one-woman show based in Haiku, on the north shore of Maui, Hawaii. Your order will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Each package is put together consciously by hand, using plastic-free shipping materials and will be shipped in one of the following:

Upcycled boxes and paper

Boxes that are 100% recycled, 95% post-consumer content, fully recyclable and biodegradable

Compostable mailers

Please do your best to continue closing-the-loop by choosing to re-use, upcycle, or recycle your boxes!

Note: Zero Waste Hale is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS.
Returns + Exchanges
With our ethos being based on conscious consumerism, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We believe that shopping decisions should be made with thoughtful intent. This assists in our efforts to reduce any unnecessary shipping carbon emissions and paper or packaging waste.
